Processing time

  • We sew your order within 5–10 business days (made-to-order).

Shipping time (US)

  • Estimated delivery after dispatch: 2–5 business days (may vary by location, weather, and carrier delays).

Shipping costs

  • Shipping cost (if applicable) is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost packages / not delivered
If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a solution.

We accept secure online payments through our checkout.
You can pay with major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) and any other options shown at checkout.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.


Returns & Refunds Policy (Made-to-Order)

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your TXL atelier bedding. Please read the policy below — our items are handmade to order, and this affects returns.

Returns (if the item doesn’t suit you)

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send photos/video of the issue and packaging

In this case, we will cover the return shipping (if a return is required) and offer one of the following:

  • Replacement (same item), or

  • Refund

Order not received

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe:

  • Contact us, and we will investigate with the carrier.

If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest option is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Custom orders

If your order was made using custom measurements provided by you, returns may be limited. Please contact us — we’ll do our best to help.
